I`m a big fan of WOODEN CARVINGS and I totally admire the amount of work that must go into each item. Just recently I was looking at a wonderful website that had loads of wooden products for sale. As part of the items for sale was a fine line in spectacular types of carvings. It was hard not to be impressed by these wooden sculptures and the prices of the items were hard to believe. It must have taken hours of labour to make the carvings, yet the prices were ever so cost effective. One of the WOODEN CARVINGS really caught my eye and it was of a laughing Buddha. This delightful hand carved item had plenty of detail and it`s rumoured that if you give his belly a daily rub you`ll get plenty of good luck. The Buddha theme was continued throughout the range and a Thai Buddha head was also very impressive. I could imagine this taking pride of place in a display cabinet that we have at home.
